Senior C&I Engineer
Help us to make a world of difference
Urenco is a global leader in the production of low carbon energy. We work at the cutting edge of the transition to a sustainable, net zero world.
We are seeking a Senior Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Urenco’s Capenhurst site. In this role, you will deliver Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services, including technical feasibility and Best Available Technology (BAT) studies, for a variety of Urenco projects. As the C&I Lead Engineer, you will oversee the Conceptual and Basic Design of new builds or facility modifications, providing direction and oversight to third-party engineering service providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
You will also play a crucial role in developing Urenco’s design standards to meet world-class safety and regulatory requirements, helping Urenco maintain its position as a preferred supplier within the nuclear enrichment sector. Your expertise will inform plant design specifications, asset management strategies, CapEx planning, and safety protocols, enhancing our safety and operational efficiency.
At Urenco, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for you to realise your potential. If you feel you meet most, but not all, of the requirements, we encourage you to apply, as we value diverse experience and provide exceptional training and development. You’ll also have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the industry’s most knowledgeable professionals.
