UK legislation requires us to report our gender pay gap data for our UK legal entities employing more than 250 people. We have one such entity, Urenco UK, but have also chosen to show the same data for all UK based employees.
Our more recent reports not only provide our gender pay gap data for our UK legal entities, but also sets out our annual targets and progress against the global goals we have set ourselves to decrease our gender pay gap and increase diversity in our workforce.
