We’re looking for a Project Coordinator. Based at our Capenhurst location, you’ll provide project-co-ordination support to the GPO functions and other specified members of the COO team. The purpose of this role is to provide key support, project co-ordination, communication and administration support to key stakeholders. The Project Coordinator shall be a key interface between Project Team members and assist with coordination and administration activities. In addition, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for collating and producing Project specific reporting, plans and KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactive co-ordination of, support to and organisation of project-related activities to the COO team including the co-ordination and production of reports, presentations and producing project summary reports.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and associated communication activities.
  • Liaising with project delivery and management teams on a regular basis to assess progress on projects and milestone tracking problem-solving any conflicts as they arise.
  • Arrange project related meetings, site visits and other events as necessary including accommodation and travel co-ordination (including overseas travel), dietary requirements, security requirements, appropriate PPE and transportation
  • Planning and organizing end-to-end logistics of corporate events and leadership forums
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the team including managing telephone and other enquiries and correspondence.

What do you need to thrive in this role?

  • Experience of co-ordinating projects
  • Experience of preparing and coordinating meetings, documentation, presentations, reports and other documentation suitable for delivery at an executive level, including assisting with the compiling of detailed briefing documents and presentations.
  • Ability to audit or review documentation, identify and fix any issues or incorrect information and communicate accordingly.
  • Proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment, to provide a quality service and to maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts
