And right now, we’re looking for a Commissioning Planner – Project Testing & Handover. Based at our Capenhurst site location you’ll be responsible for the handover of Major CAPEX Capital Projects at CAPENHURST via One Capenhurst Commissioning procedures COM-T01 & CI-Eng-01-03, ensuring legal compliance for completion and submission of commissioning and ongoing maintenance regimes.

What will your day look like?

 

  1. Create and maintain SAP Master Data:
  • Carryout plant walkdown / visits
  • Plant hierarchy FLOC’s & Equipment
  • Material Master and BOM’s
  • Maintenance Plans in line with discipline engineer requirements
  • Loading of data via singular or multiple line volume via Winshuttle.
  • Able to hold technical conversations at a detailed level to ensure that the Capenhurst Maintenance Instructions and technical library are representative of good engineering practices and understand the underlying principles of the specific vendor recommendations with regard to safety and reliability.
  • Awareness of Safety Cases and when reference is required, plus the ability to recognise when the Capenhurst Change Management Process is required.
  • Liaise with Project Engineers, Maintenance and Procurement to identify spares for critical assets.
  • Develop and load BOM’s (Bill of Materials) into SAP, to allow for ordering and replenishment of parts in support of the required Maintenance regime.
  • Create / Maintain / Delete Plans as per Project requirements
  • Raise preventative maintenance requests (PMR’s) in line with discipline engineering requirements for detailed information about maintenance plans required, including frequency, to be signed off by relevant parties prior to changes in SAP.
  • Ensure procedure followed for obtaining any new Maintenance Plan numbers.
  • Set Plans live after PMR, and COM-T01 is fully approved.
  • Creating / updating ArcGIS maps and related databases to enable department works information to be attached to maintenance plans for aiding maintenance.
  • Liaising with projects to ensure accuracy of data
  • Identify missing assets previously not loaded, or incorrectly loaded into SAP.
  • Liaise and support Engineering to ensure data is correct and accurately recorded in SAP.
  • Create / modify any maintenance plans / BOM’s in SAP as required.
  • Liaise with Group IT on improving asset data, and associated asset data standards within SAP.
  • Write / update procedures as necessary
  • Allocate all Maintenance plans / PMR’s
  • Allocate all Winshuttle sheets used to identify new / removed assets
  • Allocate all ArcGIS Maps
  • Allocate all Maintenance Instructions
  • Allocate all Bill of Materials
  • Ensure all Operational and Maintenance manuals are listed and recorded in Documentum.
  • Ensure critical spares are identified

What do you need to be great at this role?

  • HNC Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Good working knowledge of SAP Asset Management / Maintenance planning modules
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS
  • Working knowledge of Winshuttle
  • Understanding of technical data (O&M’s, Drawings, P&ID’s)
