Safety donation to local bus service

19 July 2019

On 4 May Urenco Nederland reached the safety milestone of 1200 days without a lost time injury (LTI). To celebrate this, a safety cheque of 1000 euros was donated to a local organisation that provides transport for people with reduced mobility on 18 July. The organisation was founded in 2011 and recently purchased its second wheelchair bus for passengers in need of help. Thanks to the organisation and the many drivers who volunteer to drive the two busses, people in need can visit their families, go to the doctor and do their shopping.
