Employee benefits initiative launched

31 March 2022

Urenco has introduced a benefits platform to help make it easier for its employees to access and utilise support and wellbeing resources.

The Reward U platform went live in late March, initially across the UK, and helps employees access benefits and schemes in relation to their emotional and physical wellbeing.

It also brings all financial, community and leisure benefits onto a single platform, making employee access and interaction more efficient when it comes to such HR related matters.

This comes as part of our commitment to the mental and physical wellbeing and safety of our employees, as we create a “winning team” for today and the future through our long-term culture programme.

All the benefits are designed to enrich various areas of life, whether an employee is planning for their future, looking after their health, living more sustainably or striking the ideal work-life balance.

Options include an employee assistance programme (EAP), cycle to work scheme, health and cancer screening and gym membership.
