Urenco is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Jörg Harren as Managing Director of Urenco Deutschland, effective 1 October 2021.
Dr Harren will succeed Dr Joachim Ohnemus who will retire later this year.
Dr Harren has more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. He joins Urenco from Evonik, where he served as Site Manager of one of Europe’s largest chemical sites. Dr Harren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in research and development, as well as technology, which supports Urenco’s strategic objectives.
Dr Harren gained a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Bonn.
