Perform process equipment preventative, corrective and troubleshooting activities.
Repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant procedures adhering to URENCO's policies regarding safety, maintenance, operations, and procedural compliance.
Prepare work assignments in accordance with approved procedures, work orders, or supervisory direction, adhering to all safety requirements (chemical, radiological and criticality safety etc.).
Create task instructions and assist Planners in the creation of work orders. Update procedures to ensure they are accurate, safe and workable.
Accurately document work/performance history.
Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations and retests.
Prepare timely and accurate trouble records for any maintenance problems and human errors.
Complete documentation of work assignments in a real time manner to aid in the configuration management of the facility.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree (Journeyman’s License or two-year vocational school) and three years of related work experience. All candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong mechanical aptitude including an aptitude in math, science or computers. A High School diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
